Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a tapping tool for easing the stresses of life. Detrimental emotions, like worry about the future and regret or trauma from the past, can dissolve in minutes. This is done by using the fingers to tap certain pressure points on our face and body while putting our attention on the issue we seek to change. EFT can bring clarity to the mind, while establishing freedom from the unwanted patterns of thinking and behaving that harm us.
